These terms cover your use of Driving Test Pal. By using the site you agree to them. Questions go through our contact form.

What Driving Test Pal is

Driving Test Pal is an independent study site. We are not affiliated with any state DMV or government agency. Our questions are written from each state’s official handbook and cite the page they came from, but handbooks change and we can make mistakes: always confirm requirements with your state’s official agency. Passing our practice tests does not guarantee you will pass an official test.

Free features

Every practice question, the exam simulator, topic drills, mistake review, readiness, road signs, numbers tables, traffic laws, motorcycle tests, the road-test and retake guides, a basic driving log, “Did you pass?” and the retake countdown are free and need no account. We may change or improve them at any time.

Acceptable use

Don’t copy our question banks or content in bulk, scrape the site, resell access, or try to get around limits or access other people’s accounts. We may suspend accounts that do, and refund any unused time where the law requires it.

Liability

We provide Driving Test Pal as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
