Mississippi weak-spot test

Ten questions picked from what you keep missing instead of at random: mostly your weakest topics, some questions due for review, and a couple from topics you’ve mastered so they don’t slip.

How your weak spots are worked out

Mastery
For each topic, the share of your answers that were right. Your latest answer to a question counts most, and answers from weeks ago count less. Every topic starts at 50%, so one answer can’t swing it to 0% or 100%.
Confidence
How much of the topic the number is based on. Fewer than 3 questions answered is low confidence; about 10 or more is high.
Shaky questions
Ones you got right only after getting them wrong, got right and then wrong, or have answered right just once. They come back before new questions.
Mastered
80% or better with at least 4 questions answered. A mastered topic leaves your focus list and only comes back as a check.
Which topics first
The weakest, with topics that make up more of the Mississippi test moved up. Mississippi doesn’t publish how many questions come from each topic, so each topic counts by its share of the handbook questions in our bank, with road signs about 1 in 5 as in our simulator.
Each test
10 questions: about 6 from your weakest topics (missed and shaky questions first, then ones you haven’t seen), 2 due for spaced review, and 2 from topics you’ve mastered. Nothing from your previous weak-spot test repeats, and the answer order is shuffled.

Everything is worked out from your answers in this browser, the same history behind mistake review. One weak-spot test a day. Mistake review stays free and unlimited: review my mistakes.
